Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Bank holidays.

Shipping: From Date of Order to Delivery is 1- 3 Days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Damages: Tesoro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  We will however refund you the customer and reclaim from the courier If you received your order damaged or not received at all, please contact us as soon as possible to raise your concerns as you do only have 14 days on receipt of order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contact.

International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.K
